Vegetables
BEST BUYS: BRUSSEL SPROUTS, CABBAGE SAVOY, PARSNIPS, CURLY KALE.
UK sprouts are back in full swing and are absolutely great quality.
The first Dutch prep sprouts have now arrived and we have them in stock.
Dutch season is now finishing – Aubergine, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Peppers etc. We are now moving into the new Spanish season, which will take us through winter onto spring.
We are now moving over to Egyptian/Mexican spring onions as the English spring onions have come to an end.
All loose corn have come to an end. However, the pre-packed is available and are as good in quality as the loose.
Turkish Figs have also now finished. We have moved into the Brazilian new season but they are short in supply for the next 3 weeks. Therefore, they are relatively more expensive.
Due to the cold weather the cauliflower is very small in size and high in price.
Fruits
BEST BUYS: CRANBERRIES, UK GALA APPLES.
Fresh cranberries are back in full swing. They are great in taste and full value for price.
All Spanish melons have now finished and we have moved into the Brazilian season, which will take us to spring.
UK Strawberries have now finished and the Dutch season has also come to an end. We have now moved to the Egyptian/Spanish new season.
We have now moved away from South African Lemons due to increasing poor quality and moved over to Spanish new season.
Leafy clementine’s are great quality and they are looking stunning.
To end on a fruitful note, we have various UK apples available such as Gala, Braeburn and Cox.
Mushrooms Salad
We have a wide range of Wild Mushrooms available. Choose from…

We have now moved into the French new crops for salad all the way to spring as the quality of the English crop was falling.
The Dutch season for Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Peppers have now finished, therefore we have moved to the Spanish new season.
