Vegetables
UK Brussels Sprouts and Sprout Tops are now in full swing as are UK Pumpkins which we have in small, medium and large sizes. Sadly Fresh Broad Beans have now finished but we can still supply them frozen in 1kg bags. Fresh Cob Nuts have also finished as have Marrows and Loose Corn. However, the latter is still available in packs of two.
Piccolo Parsnips and Rainbow Chantenay Carrots on the other hand are readily available and great value.
Chervil Root and Parsley Root are back in stock; so to are Crones (Chinese Artichoke).

Salads
All UK grown baby leaf salads have finished for the year and our stock is now a Spanish new crop.
Jerusalem Artichokes are back in stock and reasonably priced and we have seen the first Fresh Chestnuts arriving but they are quite expensive for the time being.
Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bionde and Oakleaf are now French and our Frisse Lettuce is no longer English but Spanish and slightly dearer as a result.

Fruits
Unfortunately, the changing seasons and colder recent weather has seen a number of UK and European fruits come to an end. They include Fresh Apricots, Figs (which will soon be Brazilian), Grapes (also moving to Brazilian soon) and both Peaches and Nectarines which will be Cape new season in the coming weeks but due to the air freight involved will be slightly more expensive.
UK Rhubarb has finished and our stock is now new season Dutch but again, more expensive.
In better news, Spanish Oranges are beginning to arrive as the South African season comes to an end and the first Leafy Clementines are here and looking great. We also hope to see some Spanish Lemons in the market soon and expect their quality to be an improvement on our current stock. Fresh Cranberries are in full swing as is Sharon Fruit.
Lastly, UK Apples are still going strong. We have Russet, Cox, Spartan, Bramley and
Braeburn to choose from. Windors however, have now finished.
