Vegetables
We are now working French new crop Carrots due to poor availability from UK farms.
Jersey Potatoes are in full swing and great quality at the moment.
The first English Savoy Cabbage is here and UK Courgettes and going strong.

Salads
Not an awful lot to tell you about on the salad front this week but sadly, Wild Garlic will be finishing soon as will UK Asparagus.

Fruits
The first UK Cherries should be arriving next week but their Spanish counterparts are already in stock and taste great.
Flat Peaches are also here and delicious as always.
Dutch and UK Gooseberries are also in season…crumble anyone?
High worldwide demand for Melons has seen shortages and price rises but thankfully things are now getting back to normal.
Piel de Sapo makes a tasty alternative to Honeydew if you fancy a different Melon. Finally, all French Apples are coming to an end as are Conference Pears.
